I saw an image of the earth with all the water rings on it, like those you see when you throw pebbles into the water.
They were spread all over the world, and when I looked further, I saw that every water ring was caused by people. That last image is what I painted:

I saw people. Dressed in garments of salvation. Wearing the robe of righteousness. Blue-purple: Authority, Holy Spirit, and in His power. Royally crowned. They have been purified by fire. Focus FULLY on Him. Walking and acting in faith in the power of God.
I depicted this with an arm that seems to draw little strength from the rays, relaxed, but God connects His power to those who walk and act in faith, wherever He sends them.
The crown is not smooth, but dented. Their trust and loyalty will be with God, not man. Of course, it will not be the people who will be chosen first. But God looks at the hearts; it is God who has led and prepared these people. Ready to go wherever He sends. They will stir the waters; these waters will be waves of God's glory that will sweep across the earth. Deep, long, and high waves.
Even though the arm is relaxed, that doesn't mean there's no power involved! It will cause a movement that will shake foundations. So that what is good will endure!
The water will bring the filth from the depths to light. Where there is darkness, His light will shine! I also saw where the various water circles met, collided, and surged upward, erupting with even greater glory and wonder! Multiplication!

Note about the crown:
I actually wanted to make 7 points on the crown of fullness. But God made it clear that there had to be 9. I did some research and came across this: I discovered that a crown with 9 points is a sovereign count's crown. A count was the ruler's representative in the territory assigned to him. He could also be appointed over impenetrable or undeveloped areas. It was an administrative and military position at the heart of society. This position held the most power and authority. I saw beautiful parallels in this with how we, as in Jesus, may be on earth. As His representative in this world. And to be of service and claim undeveloped land in the Name of Jesus. Let His light shine through us, so that the darkness will disappear.
