How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when the printshop start processing it in case of a custom order. If you contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. Originals and sketches will be send from the atelier, then you have 2 days to cancel your order, please be sure ordering at checkout.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
Can I change my address?
If you require an address change, we must be notified within 24 hours of purchase to ensure a referral. We cannot change the address once it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Wendy van Dodewaard is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure you provide the complete and correct mailing address at checkout
Can I pay in installments?
You can pay Later or pay in 3 installments with Klarna.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your item to us.. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will accept your return within 14 days from sale date and give you a full refund within 10 business days after recieving the item(s). As long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A return is always your responsibility.
But we have to say that due to the precious nature of the paintings it is not a custom to return. Think carefully before ordering, for questions you can always contact us. If you are really not satisfied, please email before you return your order.
*Due to the nature of digital downloads and prints printed especially for you, digital downloads and prints are not eligible for return. Please don't send prints back to the printshop. The printshop does not accept returns.

How much is shipping?
All the art you fell in love with is always shipped for free in the EU!
Originals are shipped from the studio to your home. Prints are especially printed for you, and shipped by the photo lab.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the EU will be delivered within four to ten days, originals will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
Do you ship worldwide?
No unfortunately I do not ship worldwide. I ship throughout the EU. If this changes in the future, I will announce this in the newsletter and social media.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
Nb. Some prints are sometimes send without a track and trace. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. If you have not received an email about the status of your order after 3 days, please let me know and I will check it for you!
My order or package is damaged
If your order is damaged or incomplete, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service hello@wendyvandodewaard.art with the details, and we will make it right. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.
As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Each print is inspected before being packaged before shipment.
Do I recieve a Certificate Of Authenticity?
Yes you do! With every original painting on canvas you will receive a certificate of authenticity. Handsigned by the artist. Sketches and prints are not included.

Creator's Whisperblog
Each painting has its story and symbolism. The beautiful thing is that when the Holy Spirit is involved the process of creativity changes the dimension and depth is hidden that I as an artist am not always aware of. Words and writing can be an addition to the paintings but certainly no limit to what God wants to say.
