Tornado Dream

Tornado Dream

In July 2024, I had a dream about a tornado. I believe this dream is a warning from God about what is to come and how we, as His children, should handle it.

I was standing on the ledge of a high rock and had a wide view. The land was flat, appearing to be farmland. This allowed me to look out over a large area. From this rock, I saw an immense gray tornado sweep across the land; the sky was completely black. Inside this tornado, people were flying around, swept away and unable to escape. The people were screaming in fear, their voices resembling death. The people were of various ages, children and adults.

I watched this from a distance. God told me in the dream that I was on the rock I was standing on. Then a cave with light shone behind me, and as I walked in, a door appeared. He said God, Himself was the door.

This tornado is symbolic and represents an event in the near future. An event that will cause chaos and great fear in many people, because they will have no control over their lives.

I believe God wants to warn that things are going to happen on earth that will cause much fear and chaos. And it will happen quickly.

But He calls us to be ready, to keep our eyes fixed solely on Jesus so that fear has no place. And that we build our foundation on the Rock more than ever before. To live in His presence. Then He will be our Protector, then He will be the Door that protects our lives.

God then also connected words to this dream about His wind and new life, as in Genesis 2:7 with Adam. He breathed breath into Adam with power: napach. And Adam was placed in Eden where blessing and abundance were. See the painting Garden of Abundance. I got the idea that it will coincide with God breathing new life into the church and renewed fire of the Holy Spirit. That the church will be the light in the darkness and the Holy Spirit will move powerfully. The contrast between the world and the church will be great! No more compromises. This will be the time when many people will come to Jesus. It is not a time for God's children to fear, but rather to look forward to; the glory of God will shine forth from His children.

Joshua 1:9 ESV

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Revelation 18:4 ESV

Then I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins, lest you share in her plagues;

John 16:33 ESV

I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
